My name is Jack Stapleton and I am the founder of Lubery. I opened Lubery on 2002 because through personal experience I found this industry needed a source for faster delivery, lower prices, and better customer service!

I have a lot of pride and excitement for what we have built. We have developed a state of the art eCommerce, order tracking, and inventory system tagged with the name Matrix. The Matrix insures that each item we sell is serialized adding checks and balances across every step of our fulfillment process. The development and implementation of the Matrix has allowed Lubery to ship tens of thousands of orders per month with virtually no errors.

We have also worked hard to build strong relationships with our suppliers; ID, Wet, Astroglide, Elbow Grease, Stroke 29, Sliquid, ForPlay, Pjur Eros and many others that has given us the ability to provide our customers with products that are hot off the manufacturing line.  This ensures that the packages you receive are the furthest possible from the expiration date, clean, and untamperd.  Still, we check each package for cleanness and return any product that does not meet our extremely high standards.

We ensure that all items we receive from our manufacturers are clean, undamaged, and not bent or creased. We verify that the tamper-evident-seals are unbroken and untampered, and verify the product expiration dates. Our temperature controlled warehouse is kept clean, with every measure taken to properly care for our products.

Product Price:

If you find a lower advertised price, we will match it! We are continually looking for ways to lower prices. It is our goal to be the most professional, have the fastest order processing, and provide the best customer service in the industry..

Security of Private Information;

We do not sell, loan, rent, or provide any third party access to our customer list in any way. The security and privacy of your information is paramount to us. For the potection of the card-holder we do not ship an orders unless we have property authorization from the credit card company that includes a full address, zip code, last name, and credit card security information match.

Shipping:

We have done our homework in the area of timely, affordable, and quality shipping providers. We have found that USPS, UPS, and Fedex are the most reliable and professional providers for us. We have removed DHL from our service offerings.
